This property is elevator accessible and includes it's own FREE parking space (a $35 per night value), pool and laundromat. Also available on site is IHOP (International House of Pancakes).
I enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their requests for assistance with directions and information about what to see and do. I have respect of my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

Great place, close to the beach and many restaurants/ stores close by. Pool available and free parking. No view to the beach, only tall buildings all around. Overall, a good spot to stay at.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 30 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 30 days before your check in date you will receive a refund of your deposit less a non-refundable $100 processing fee and the original 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.

For reservations and bookings moved ahead up to 15 months from the date of check-in, there are no fees or penalties. However the booking remains nonrefundable.
